Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. The 14-day money-back promise
It applies to your shop's first purchase of any plan. If, within 14 days of that purchase, either of the following is true, you get a full refund of what you paid us:
- we did not publish your first post within 24 hours of you sending us your first set of photos and approving a creative; or
- you are not happy with the work, for any reason you tell us.
You do not have to justify the second one. Ask, and we refund. The promise applies once per shop, to the first purchase only.
2. After the first 14 days
We do not offer pro-rata refunds after day 14. If you cancel a 3, 6 or 12-month term in month two, the service continues to the end of the term you paid for and then stops; we do not refund the remaining months. We state this plainly here rather than deciding case by case, so that this page, the Terms of Service and the checkout all say the same thing.
There is one exception: if we materially change these terms or our prices during a term you have already paid for and you do not accept the change, we refund the unused part.
3. Cancelling
- Message us on WhatsApp or email us and say you want to cancel. There is no form and no retention call.
- Your plan then runs to the end of the term you have paid for, and does not renew.
- Nothing is auto-debited without warning. We send a reminder before a term ends, and renewing is your decision each time.
- After cancellation you keep the creatives, captions, reels and catalogues we made for you. If you also want your data deleted, follow the Data Deletion Instructions — the two are separate requests.
4. What is not refundable
- Advertising spend. This is charged by Meta to your own ad account and your own card. It never passes through us, so we cannot refund it. Any refund of ad spend is a matter between you and Meta.
- WhatsApp message charges already sent. These are paid to Meta at the moment a message is delivered. Unused prepaid balance that we still hold is refundable; balance already spent on delivered messages is not.
- Add-on purchases already used. If you bought extra creatives and we made them, those are not refundable.
5. How a refund is paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We start the refund within 3 working days of agreeing it. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually between 5 and 10 working days.
GST charged on a refunded payment is refunded with it, and we issue a credit note.
6. If you disagree with a decision
Tell us.and a person — not an agent — will look at it and reply. You can see our other policies on the contact page.
