Straight answers
Do I need to learn an app?
No. Everything happens in WhatsApp, on the number you already use. You send a photo or a voice note in Marathi, Hindi or English, and you tap a button to approve. There is no dashboard to log into and nothing to install.
Can anything be posted without me seeing it?
No. Anything public, customer-facing or involving money waits for your tap. You can later choose to let a routine item like the daily gold-rate post go out automatically, and you can switch that back off at any time.
Who pays for advertising?
You do, directly. Ad spend is charged by Meta to your own ad account and card — we never hold your advertising money. Every campaign and every increase needs your explicit tap, and spending limits are enforced in code. The agents can lower spend on their own, never raise it.
Do you change what my jewellery looks like?
No. Product-accurate mode adjusts only the background and the lighting; the piece itself stays exactly as photographed. When we create a design concept that does not exist yet, the image is labelled as a concept created using AI, in line with ASCI's guidelines on AI-generated advertising.
Which languages do you write in?
Captions in Marathi, Hindi and English, and reel voiceovers in all three. You can set a default and change it for any single post.
What happens to my customers' phone numbers?
They are stored encrypted and are never used for marketing without that customer's consent. Your shop remains the owner of your customer data; we only process it for you. You can ask us to delete all of it at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
What if I want to stop?
Your plan runs to the end of the term you paid for and does not auto-renew without a reminder. The first purchase carries a 14-day money-back promise. Full details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
