Why a jewellery shop is different
A general marketing tool does not know that the piece in the photo is the thing being sold, or that a wrong purity claim is a legal problem.
Your piece, not a picture of some other piece
We work from the photos you send. The background and the lighting change; the necklace does not. A customer who walks in sees what they saw in the post.
Purity and HUID only from your records
We never state a karat, a HUID or a weight that you have not given us. Hallmarking claims have to be true, and a wrong number in a caption is your problem, not ours — so we do not guess.
The festival calendar, planned ahead
Dhanteras, Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya, Gudi Padwa and the wedding season are in the planner before they arrive, so you are not writing a Dhanteras post on Dhanteras morning.

Getting started
What we need from you
Onboarding happens in the chat. There is no form to fill in and nothing to install.
- Your shop's name, address and the languages your customers speak.
- Your logo, and two or three photos that show the look you like.
- Permission to post to your Instagram and Facebook — you grant it through Meta's own screen and can withdraw it at any time.
- The gold and silver rates you want quoted, or a note to say price on request.
You stay the owner of your customers' details at every step. What we do with them is set out in the Privacy Policy, and you can have all of it deleted by following the Data Deletion Instructions.
